Creamy Vegetable Soup🍲

Ingredients (for 4 servings )
-400g broccoli, cauliflower
-400g carrot, zucchini
-300ml low-fat milk
-4 tbsp olive oil
-150g red lentils
-1 liter of water
-Salt, pepper, curry and turmeric
Directions
-We finely chop our raw vegetables.
-In a saucepan, sauté the vegetables with oil over medium heat.
-After 10 minutes, add the lentils and sauté with the vegetables.
-Once our ingredients are soft, add the spices and stir for 5 minutes.
-Pour the water into the pot, stir and let the soup boil over high heat for 10-15 minutes.
-Pour the milk and stir until a uniform mixture is formed.
-For the velvety texture, we use a hand blender or a regular blender.
