Katerina Vervesou is a Clinical Dietitian-Nutritionist of Harokopio University and holds a postgraduate degree from the University of Plymouth, England, with the title MSc Advanced Professional Practice in Dietetics. She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians and Nutritionists (PADN) and since 2020 has been attending private cases of weight management, pregnancy and child nutrition.
Since 2022, he has been a scientific associate of Harokopio University , where, through the European program DigiCare4You, he monitors parents with diabetes and pre-diabetes, as he helps them and the whole family through nutritional education and counseling to improve their eating habits, as well as the prevention of chronic diseases.
Since June 2023, she has been a member of the multidisciplinary team (pediatric endocrinologist, psychologist, dietitian) of the weight control clinic of MITERA Children's Hospital , after a 12-month training. She is responsible for the nutritional support of children and adolescents with hypercholesterolemia, diabetes mellitus, insulin resistance, eating disorders and other diseases.
In 2023, she founded the dietetic office Thenutrichild and undertakes cases of child and adolescent nutrition, pregnancy and weight management for children and adults in her office.
The purpose of Thenutrichild is to help form healthy eating habits for a healthy lifestyle with the aim of preventing and combating chronic diseases.
